GST परिषद ने निर्माणाधीन घरों पर टैक्स 12% से घटाकर 5% किया

जीएसटी काउंसिल ने निर्माणाधीन घरों पर टैक्स घटाकर 5% और अफोर्डेबल घरों पर 1% कर दिया है. पहले यह दरें 12% और 8% थीं. जीएसटी की नई दरें 1 अप्रैल से लागू होंगी.
